As you have not mentioned your category or your AIR or through which quota you want to get admission in ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore below, I am mentioning the previous year cut off for all category for the same college through both quotas and they are

Through All India Quota

UR -  AIR 9465 and neet marks 541

SC -  AIR 59114 and neet marks 526

ST -  AIR 61596 and neet marks 422

Through State quota

UR(General) -  AIR 15053 and neet marks 519

Local SVU Region

UR -  AIR 30002 and neet marks 479

SC -  AIR 88272 and neet marks 386

ST -  AIR 102977 and neet marks 369

BC -  AIR 52602 and neet marks 436

Unless you belong to SVU region from ST category, you might have no chances for getting admission in the same as other category.

Last year for every category be it SC or BC the cutoff was higher than your score except for ST. This year not much will change. Moreover this year the cutoff score may increase. So you have negligible  chance of getting a seat in ACSR Government Medical college Nellore if your category is other than ST. Last year for general category the cutoff was 519 while for BC it was 436. Only for ST category the cutoff was 369. You can try accordingly.
