If we talk about both CET and COMEDK rank, then I guess it will be quite difficult to get government colleges otherwise you have to compromise with branch.
At this point of time your caste category, domicile or any special quota plays an important role while selection.
So if any, you can take the advantage of it.
Or wait till the last round of counselling.
I can't say about top ranked government colleges, but you can surely get low ranked or sone good private college in Bangalore.
