Moreover, you hold the Telangana state domicile, so because of 85% home state quota seats your chances of getting a seat increases and you can easily fetch a seat for BHMS course in any of the government colleges... But let me make this clear that with 388 marks you can get a government seat only for BHMS, BUMS, and veterinary courses.. But with this score you would not be able to fetch a government seat for MBBS, BDS and BAMS courses.

So, feel relaxed you may easily get a government seat for BHMS course...
