For your information, Eamcet rank is calculated based on 25%  IPE weightage and 75% eamcet marks.  Based on this combined score, you are going to get a rank which is used to evaluate students seat in engineering/Medical college. Since you got 39 marks, 18.28 is your 75% weightage of Eamcet marks. Since I don't know your IPE marks of core subjects that is out of 600. So we can't predict your rank.
