The cut off for gettung a Government seat in the Tripura Medical College, Agartala was 162 marks and a rank of 4,36,935 for the SC category,  under the 85% State quota in NEET 2017. It was 354 marks for the General Category
Considering your marks you seem to have a great chance for admission here.
