You didn't mention your category, so considering it to be general category, it will be very difficult for you to get admission in a government college for MBBS or BDS courses. Even the cut off for BAMS government Colleges are also higher this year, nearly 420+ for UR category. You may try for BHMS or BUMS courses if that suits you.
