National testing agency has started the examination for the Indian council of agricultural research. As per your percentile let me tell you even if I consider your sc category percentile its a bit low to clear the cut offs. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
