Hi, the cut off ranks and allotment of seats fluctuate every year depending on various factors:

• Total number of NEET aspirants appearing for the exam
• Difficulty level of the question paper
• Number of seats available in the MBBS and BDS colleges of the state
• Marks scored in the NEET MBBS result

The cutoff of Telangana MBBS 2019 is used for admission to medical and dental colleges under the following quota:

• 15% All India Quota seats
• 85% State Quota seats

You have scored quite well and you have decent chances of getting into MBBS college from state quota counselling but not all india counselling. In order to get a seat through All India quota your score should be 430+ for sc category.
