Congrats for the rank, but I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for Manipal. Hence, you can go with Sikkim as you may get and go for a little try with Jaipur also. Good luck, connect back for more queries.

The cut off for previous year for admission in the EC branch was 4954 in the Manipal University, Manipal Campus and a rank of 24335  in the Manipal University, Jaipur Campus and 39356 in the Sikkim Campus in the general category.
The chances seem faur for the Sikkim campus.
