In MHT CET the percentile score is calculated based on the relative performance of the candidates who appeared for the entrance test. As this depends upon few factors like number of candidates appear for exam, topper's score etc. So you there is no certain marks for a percentile as it changes every year.

But judging from previous year stats, you can expect that with 40 percentile your score will be around 70-80.
