First of all congratulations on scoring such a good rank in IPU CET though the cut offs of different colleges and branches aren't out yet, you may get some idea by going through the previous years cut offs but keep in mind that this years cut off may appear to be completely different from the previous once as the cut offs depends upon many factors like  like number of applicants registered for exam, number of students actually appeared for exam,last year cut off trends ,your performance in the exam, number of seats available in the course/college etc You may get some help with IPU CET college predictor.
