hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that at your rank their are chances of getting cse seat in neil gogte college but you have to be very patient in counselling round and not panic . In 2020 ,last round closes for cse at 52000 in general category . If their is no much variation in forms filling ,then surely odds will be in your favour only . Just be patient
