There might be a chance but still I can't say that you will 100% get the college. Your category rank is bit fine. So now go for counseling and check what comes in your hand. And if you really want a good GOVERNMENT COLLEGE only, try to secure higher score. There is nothing to worry about. Try to go through different college's cut off from previous year. That will help you.
