As you mentioned that your rank is 40851 it is very high rank to get CSE in RGM college.As you didn't mention your category we cannot confirmly say that you can get admission in the college.Very importantly category plays the key role in engineering to get admission in the college.As your rank is too high you cannot expect seat in RGM.
