There is a chance that you may qualify for the entrance but not the surety because according the data of previous year the cutoff for SC candidate to appear in JEE Advance 50 percentile and for ST it was around 40, so there is a chance that you may eligible. You can just wait for the official cutoff by the NTA to appear in JEE advance.
