Hi,
According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be above 3.5 lakh and with this rank you will not able to qualify jee mains in general category and you will not become eligible for jee advanced, for general category you have to score above 85 percentile to qualify jee mains.

Dear aspirant ,
If you get a score of 64 in jee mains (general category ) then your chances of qualifying mains is extremely low. At this score you will get the rank of 7 lacs or more .
So not eligible for appearing in jee advance.

If you are talking about marks then in my opinion 64 marks are not enough for qualifying jee mains because previous year the cutoff was the lowest of all that was 74 marks for general. So the probability of getting qualify is there but it is very low .
