Dear Vaishali, in 2018 under State Quota, 493 marks secured a seat in GMC Khandwa under General Category. That was the cut off for Government Medical Colleges. This year it has been speculated that cut offs have increased by 25 marks. And ranks have dominated marks this season. So 410 marks is quite on the edge. It is a very slight chance that you have. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

I was drawing a conclusion from the data of Govt. Medical Colleges' cut offs. It is still a very slight chance that you have at Private Medical Colleges as well.
