Hey,

I am sorry to say but with a rank of 4108 you may not expect to get admission in the topmost colleges in Maharashtra. however, you can get admission in pretty much any college in Maharashtra. Also since you are non Maharashtra candidate, admission will be a lot more difficult for you.
