Although you have category reservation but getting a seat in government medical colleges is difficult with this score. If you belong to a category SC/ST then only you have good chances for MBBS. Otherwise try in a private medical college. You have chances to get MBBS there.  I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
