Getting what you need with this score seems implausible. If you have other attempts to cralw uponz go for it if you have the will to. Otherwise I would recommend you to start looking for other options from the same or any other field you like. 

Although don't lose hope with the counseling process and do apply for it. You never know what works I your favour.
