Your rank is very high. As per the previous year cutoffs, you have no chance of getting any NIT or IIIT.
You should apply for state government colleges through State entrance exams and some private Colleges such as VIT, SRM, BITS etc through there entrance exams, but you need to have good economic condition.
You can also prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year.
