You didn't mention your category here and the state you belong to. If you are from SC/ST categories , then you have some chances of getting admission in a government medical College under state quota. But in case you are from UR category or OBC category, you have very less chances of getting admission. Also your Chances of getting admission in a government medical College reduces a lot if you're applying for all India quota because there the cut off marks are higher.
