Dear Sanchari, in 2018 under State Quota, 391 marks secured a seat in Hi Tech Medical College for SC Category. Last year no seat was allotted to BC Category. So 391 is rhe least marks that got a elseat in this college. OBC category will have a higher cut off than SC which means 420 marks is a less score. Having  said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam
