MU OET just changed it's marking scheme this year. 
So it's difficult to predict cutoffs manually. As ranks are not known, cutoff marks can't be calculated.
As of now, you can estimate the cut off ranks According to the previous year trend only.
4th of May is the estimated date of result declaration.
It's just a few days away. So you can better wait for the actual result as other sources are not trustworthy due to the change in Exam pattern.
After the results are out you will be able to get the idea of cutoff marks according to the previous year cutoff rank trends, link to which is given below:
