Hello Pratiksha

424 marks a considerable score to your hard work, But getting govt. Med. College in this marks is quite difficult as per neet 2K19 scenario. But you can get easily a private medical college,as katihar,Maya gurji etc. But don't loose Hope anything could happen. So wait and keep researching.

Hello,

If i assume that you belong to general category then your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is difficult as your marks (424 marks) are quite low to get a mbbs seat, but you can try for other private medical colleges and deemed medical colleges.
But in government medical colleges you may only look for bams course and for dental.
