• Difficulty of the exam
• Last year cut off trend
• Total seats available.

If you need a seat in NITs, IITs and CFTIs, it is diffcult. Because you should have 78 marks in JEE to get a seat. Cut off marks will also vary institute to institute. But you can get a seat in other colleges which accept JEE score.
