As you know that rank is based on the AP Eamcet marks + Board Marks  and total score is out of 100 and you do not mention that the marks is given by you is ap eamcet or the addition of both the score so in general I considered as the marks are the addition of both. So according to this your rank would be approx. 90,000 - 1,00,000 For engineering category and 40,000 - 45,000 For medical and agriculture students.
