Hey vidhikumavat,
First of all congratulations for such a good score in NEET. However 430 marks is a bit less for a general category student to get admission in a government medical college. Dont loose your hopes
I hope you got your answer
Thanks

Ok.
Expected all India rank may be in the range of 60-80k.
Plus, it will be harder enough to get any college with this no. Besides , it depends on which state you are from.
Thank you .
