Since you are from to Andhra pradesh you can get full fee reimbursement (irrespective of your category)  which is a new initiation by the government of andhra pradesh. But you need to pay the entire fee to college by yourself and the government will deposit money in your mother's bank account. If you opt for hostel then you can also get extra 20,000 per year from the government.

Your parents annual income should be less than 2.5 lakhs per annum,you need to possess ration card as a proof  and you need to maintain atleast 75% attendance.

Generally, as per the new rules , all the students whose parental income is below 2.5 lakh per annum will get the fee reimbursement and also, you should have white ration card to avail this. for the past years, the students used to get Rs 35,000 as fee reduction which is fee reimbursement but now if you are eligible  you will probably get the full amount but if the fees exceeds Rs 1lakh then you will get mostly till Rs60,000 .
