Hello,
You have not mentioned your category any where,so i aasume it to be general.
If previous year data is to be considered, then your chances of gwtting admission in a government or private medical are negligible even through state quota .however if you are from a reserved category then you do hold some chances of getting a medical colleges in andhra pradesh through state quota.

Then you might get a seat,but nothing much can be said ,sone cutoff changes almost every year
