i got 43.7 percentile in jee mains 2022 can i clear cuttoff coz no of students giving the examination are less as compare to previous year

No matter how much the number of students vary (in not much greater amount), the effect on your percentile will be meagre. So, the chances of you qualifying Joint Entrance Examination Main is quite less, as according to the cut-off of the previous years, the stats were:

2021: 87.8992241
2020: 90.3765335
2019: 89.7548849
