Hey Rupam, at 44 percentile you will have a CRL rank of around 572880 - 644000 which would not fetch you any colleges in the JoSAA Counselling, with OBC category and final round even. You can try participating in the CSAB Counselling, but even here the chances are scarce and you would still need to have other options.

You can either sit for the consortium exam of your respective state and then join the state govt. college, or if there is provision for spot round in your state govt. engg. college you can apply in it too.
