No you will not get admission in any good government college with such rank.it would be better if you try admission with some other examination like uptu,comedk,bitsat.etc.or try out some University level examination example met(malviya entrance test),ipu ect

Yes you can get many private colleges at this rank.should go for btech in some institutes like lovely professional University,Sharda University and kalinga etc.if you fill the form for the counseling then list of many colleges will come up.then choose accordingly
