The university website mentions that, unless you have a UGPA of 3 and above, you will need to send in your GRE or GPA scores. Though no minimum scores are required,  these scores are considered average. GMAT = 400-550] [ GRE = 250-300]."

Along with the scores, your Letters of recommendation and Statement of purpose also have an important role to play.
