The aspects of the profile which are major influencers in admission to Harvard's MBA program (or any other top program for that matter) is a set of moving essays which sway the admissions committee.

There are usually a number of essays which applicants are supposed to answer which are based on a variety of topics such as motivation, goals, aspirations, strengths and weaknesses etc. These are the first thing that the admission committee reads while considering your profile for admission and therefore you should ensure that your essays are strongly-worded, to-the-point and most importantly, unique.
