If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in ranga raya medical college in andhra prasesh through state quota .Previous year minimum marks required for an sc candidate was 430.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

Dear Harsha, RANGARAYA MEDICAL COLLEGE comes in AU Area and as per last year score of 430 secured seat in this college under STATE QUOTA in SC category.
With 441 you have a decent chance of getting into this college. Having said that, the cut offs change every year as it depends on various factors like number of students appeared in exa, number of seats available etc. Also since the exam was bit easy this year so the cut offs are expected to increase this year by 5-10 marks.
You can wait for the exact cut off to come and try to be open for other options also.

According to last year cutoff, the closing marks for getting admission in Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada under SC category was 427 marks in NEET UG 2019. So, with 441 marks this year, you have very less chances of getting a seat there as the cutoff is predicted to increase this year.
