Hello Ruby. The merit list for Goa MBBS will release on 2nd July. The candidates who have filled the application form for Goa MBBS application will be considered for the Goa Merit list. The merit list varies each year according to the number of students appearing for the examination as well as the level of question paper being easy or hard. Most of the high rankers prefer the Goa Medical College as it is rated one of the top colleges of India. The more you score the probability of you securing a seat is more. For 2017 the cut off for NEET was more than 500 for Goa Medical College. Whereas for 2018 the cut off was more than 570 marks. But according to the difficulty level of NEET this year, the merit may be less as less number of students have scored high numbers. 

I advice you to wait for the release of merit list and apply accordingly to the college you're eligible for. I wish you luck.

With 443 marks and belonging to general category I think you can get govt medical college goa through state quota only. As oer previous year the cut off of GMC goa for general under state quota was 355 marks and under AIQ was 552 marks. I provided a link below which can help you to find college anywhere else in India.
We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

According to me ruby you can get admission in government medical college goa if you have goa state quota by chance. If you have not state quota that it is very difficult for you becuse according to last year cutoff for unreserved is 524 and for state quota unreserved it is 379.
