Yes you can get admission in IISERs  with this rank. Every IISER has a different minimum rank cutoff every year depending on the number of applicants for getting an interview call letter. It also depends on your subject. For chemistry in 2016, iiser pune called till rank 620. So according to it you have good enough chances of getting admission into IISER.
