As you know overall rank will depends on two factors i.e., IPE marks + EAMCET marks. As you mentioned your EAMCET marks but not IPE marks i.e., out off 600 marks(Math, Physics, Chemistry). So, according to the marks vs rank analysis 2019 for combined score of IPE and EAMCET 49-40 marks your rank range will be 50,000-1,50,000.
