With 450 rank if you have not allotted any seats in first round of Counselling  then there is a chance you might get college in the second round of counselling. Allotments of seats are based on the number of seats available and the candidates ranks. You have not mentioned in which branch you wanted to take admission. AUEET stands for Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test. It is conducted by Directorate of admissions, Andhra University every year.
