With 4515 rank in SC category, I think you may not get the IITs as the closing rank for all the IITs in the SC category is below 2500(max,SC category rank). With 4515 rank, I think you can try for other colleges like IIST, etc. Or you can try for a good NIT based on your JEE Main rank.

I am sorry but if the sc rank in jee advanced is 4515, you won't be able to fetch any department in any iit.
But you can go for the jee main marks ar state joint entrance examination but don't hope iit with this rank. Here are college predictors off jee advanced and jee main:

I regret to inform you that with such a low score in jee advance even though you have sc category you will definitely not get any seats in any iit.

The seats in the lowest iits or newly made iit gets filled upto a rank of 1k or1.5k for sc category students. As well as in iits there is no homestate quota so the chances of yours to get admission into any iit is impossible.
