Dear Nishi, In 2018, under State Quota, 469 marks.secured a seat in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off. With 452 marks, you fall short by a very less margin. With this score you might get a Private Medical College of UP. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you belong to UP, you can only apply through the Management Quota of CMC, Vellore and not through All India Counselling.
