Dear Radhika, in 2018 under State Quota, 464 marks secured an All India Rank of 37044 and secured a seat in Santhiram Medical College under General Category. With 452 marks you fall short by a slight margin. So it is difficult for a seat in this college. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
