Hello Bablu

As mentioned by you that you belong to General category then with hthis marks it will be quite difficult to get any college in WB for MBBS.

Last year the closing rank for MUrsibad Mc Hospital was 548, least preferred.

Based on your score you might have chances of securing a seat in government medical college under state quota.In all india quota it is difficult because the cutoff is likely to go higher.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc
