For BC category, with 459 marks, by looking at previous year's cutoffs I should say your chances are slim. You may get a seat in private colleges in AU area like:

1. Great Eastern Medical School and Hospital, Srikakulam

2. Konaseema Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Foundation, Amalapuram

Though chances are low, I still suggest you to apply for all of them.
