Hello candidate.As you mentioned that your rank is 45k in ts eamcet there are many colleges where you can get admission.But it is difficult to get admission in government engineering colleges.Getting admission in any Engineering college is mainly based on your category.As you didn't mention your category we cannot say that you can get admission in particular college.
