The cutoff for general category was 50th percentile but for stray round of counselling the cutoff was lowered by 10 makes you eligible for admission in BDS course in stray round of counselling. But as the counselling is over, you can no longer get admission. I would suggest you to work hard a year more and grab a seat of your choice.
