Your rank of approximately 46,000 in VITEEE 2019 cannot get you a seat in the popular branches at VIT Vellore campus.
You might get production and industrial engineering seat.
You must try for Chennai campus. But there too you won't get branch like Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Best option is to go for VIT BHOPAL and VIT AMARAVATI Campuses.
Both of the colleges are pretty new. So cutoffs will be lower than Vellore and Chennai.
At Bhopal you can get almost any branch.
At amaravati too you'll get most of the branches.
