Really sorry but there are less chances for you o get the admission in the government aided BAMS College, Mumbai, Pune. But the cut off that determines the admission of particular student in the college changes every year sometimes it may go high and sometimes low as well and also the cut off for reserved and unreserved category candidates. And the cut off and the rank also depends upon the various other factors as well. So don't loose hope and hope for the best.

As you have not mentioned your category it is very difficult to tell whether you will get any government bams college in Mumbai or Pune.
However I am considering you a general category candidate. So here is the answer to your query:-

It is very difficult to get any government or government aided college at these marks because they are very low according to last year's cutoff .
You need atleast 500+ for getting any government or government aided college in Mumbai or Pune through state quota of Maharashtra.

Or atleast 550+ marks through All india quota.
But yes should try till the last round, as cutoff changes every year due to many factors like Difficulty, No. Of seats, no. Of candidates etc.
