I am assuming that you are asking for the 12th board.

To be eligible for JEE Mains, you need to secure 75% overall in 12th or be in the top 20 percentile of your respective board.

If you have given 12th board from CBSE in 2019,

General category- around 430

OBC NCL- around 420

SC- around 400

ST- around 390

PWD- around 390

Keep in mind that this is just an assumption because the final list will be uploaded by JoSSA on its official website in late June.
